The Graphic Design Intern will assist with developing and executing design concepts for client and company marketing campaigns. This may include creative design, graphic design, branding and marketing communications. The Graphic Design Intern should be professional, self-motivated, positive and have a desire for a career in sports.


  • Produce high-quality marketing materials and graphic design files according to production team standards and project timelines.
  • Design creative marketing campaign materials.
  • Support Marketing Staff with unique, on-brand designs.
  • Edit source images; retouch and manipulate, as needed.
  • Create imagery for social media posts & Ads.
  • Create graphic assets for websites.
  • Complete graphic design and production work as necessary.
  • Miscellaneous other duties as assigned.


  • Working toward a degree in graphic design, advertising or a related field.
  • Creative, organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work in a busy environment.
  • Excellent online communications, writing skills, listening skills, multi-tasking skills, ability to work individually and practice sound judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload.
  • Self-motivated and independent, works well within a team.
  • Proficient with Adobe CS 2017, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.


15 – 20 hours per week


The Graphic Design intern will be compensated at a rate of $8 per hour to be paid on a bi-weekly basis.
